an IBM-compatible computer, using Microsoft FrontPage, from a template provided by
Division 9ER-3, winner of the Best of the Web competition for 2002 and 2003.
All images used here were specifically created for this website.
All photos were taken by Coast Guard or Coast Guard Auxiliary personnel except as noted;
photographer credit is given where appropriate. This website is best viewed at a
resolution of 1024 × 768, but is easily viewable at a resolution of 800 × 600.
This site has been tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator versions
5 and higher; users with late versions of other browsers such as Opera should expect no
significant difficulty so long as layer and table support is enabled.
